PRIMS BRGM
The PRIMS website and its study catalogue can be read. The management summary and hotspot APIs returned “Access denied” when checked. The portal therefore does not treat fallback display figures as verified data. PRIMS states that fire prediction is still under development.

The hotspot layer uses the SiPongi feed used by dashboard v2, filtered to Indonesia, 72 hours, high confidence. Detection time and retrieval time are kept separate. Identical duplicates are removed; detections across sensors are not unique fire events. If access fails, the portal shows an unavailable status, not zero. Current water-level data, moisture, fire-area series, and verified predictions are not yet available; they are not replaced with simulations.

Cross-province KHG are not allocated by estimate. Papua follows the 2017 administration. KHG area is not management area. Priority polygons have been simplified and must not be used to measure sites; mangrove markers are block centers, not cover boundaries. The function layer uses KHG centers and PR4 attribute area. The base map uses Esri Light Gray; satellite imagery uses Esri World Imagery (acquisition dates and sharpness differ by region, and it is not live imagery); the RBI map uses the Rupabumi Indonesia (Indonesian topographic map) service from BIG (Badan Informasi Geospasial, Geospatial Information Agency). Tiles load according to zoom and screen pixel density, rather than enlarging low-resolution images. The assistant provides local data shortcuts, not yet a generative AI service.
Administrative boundaries and map downloads
Regency/city and village/urban ward (desa/kelurahan) boundaries come from the BIG BAPANAS service, layers 0 and 2. The village metadata cites the October 2020 edition; these lines are a reference, not current legal boundary determinations. Village boundaries are active from the start and appear at zoom 8× and above. The camera button downloads the visible map area as PNG with source attribution, with no control panel. If the image or layer is not yet ready, the export does not proceed.

Data user rights
- View data according to its access level on the public map and dashboard.
- Download Open and Registered data according to account rights.
- Request Restricted data through the Data Request form.
- Submit complaints through the Complaints form.
Data user obligations
- Cite the source and date of the data when quoting it (see Citation and licensing).
- Do not present data as official BPGMN results if it is not.
- Do not redistribute Restricted or Internal data without the data custodian's permission.
- Do not use simplified polygons to measure sites; KHG area is not management area.
Access levels
Each dataset is assigned one of four access levels. The assignment is made by the administrator together with the data custodian.
- Open
- Visible to anyone on the public map and dashboard. Downloads follow account rights under the draft access rights.
- Registered
- Can only be downloaded by signed-in registered users.
- Restricted
- Provided with permission or through a Data Request, under an agreement with the data custodian.
- Internal
- Only in BPGMN's internal system. Internal data never appears on the public portal.
